It’s not a done deal yet, but a New Mexico real estate agent has a potential buyer for an old Roswell missle silo. The buyer must have deep pockets for this silo that needs repair – structurally sound, it goes 10 stories deep into the ground and was offered, seemingly “as is” for $295,000

Others have successfully converted missile silos into some stunning structures, perhaps the new owner of this one will also.
